As a full-service structural engineering consulting firm, founded in 1978 by Fred Palmer and shaped by Chris DeBlois during his fifteen-year tenure, our mission is rooted in producing our best work. Since those early years, we have grown leaps and bounds, securing some of the most unique work in the greater Atlanta region. Despite our growing list of accolades, we remain humble and stay committed to providing the highest quality of services to all of our clients. With extensive experience across a dozen industries, we have the skills and the resources to bring your vision to life. Our growing portfolio includes many projects in Adaptive re-use, Automotive, Industrial, Residential and Hospitality sector. We also have a wide portfolio of community-based projects such as places of worship, schools, museums, libraries, and other large municipal buildings.

At Palmer Engineering Company, we enjoy unique projects with uncommon challenges and multiple materials. We also design unusual structures such as large outdoor sculptures and signage. PEC does very little marketing and no advertising – our client base consists of repeat business and referrals. We focus our efforts on the quality of our work, customer service, and the enrichment of our staff.
