Project Description
Key Biscayne, Georgia
Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne was a renovation of an existing area to be transformed into this spectacular new restaurant. With 160 MPH winds and the restaurant being right in front of the ocean, everything about the building had to be structurally designed to withstand high forced winds. In addition, the building then had to be peer reviewed by the local jurisdiction and 3rd party engineers before the permits could be obtained. In the end, the owners were more than satisfied with the outcome and the hotel guests have been enjoying the ocean-front restaurant with breathtaking views ever since.
