Memorable Project Story:
“On one of my projects, some of the lateral system was composed of composite cantilever HSS12.75 columns. After the columns had been erected and roof installed, the contractor realized that they had forgot to fill the columns with concrete, and we had to come up with a supplemental detail for a hole in the column cap plate to allow for concrete to be poured.”
“My dad drilled in me to ‘always do a job 110% right or not to do it at all,’ and that is my approach for every project.”
“I enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, hiking, biking, or running. When the time allows, I like reading biographies of self-made people and non-fiction books. My favorite past time is grilling for my family and friends. Recently I became a founding member of the Atlanta United FC, and love going to their home games. When traveling, I like getting off the beaten path, and discovering the local architecture, people and their cuisine.”
Little Known Fact:
“At many of the social gatherings with our friends, somehow I always end up working or assisting on the grill…”
